PhiSilica Not Avaialble

After the recent update when I launch the Ai Dev Gallery it giving me error Phi Silica Not available. Not sure what can be causing the issue.

Latest Build: 26200.5570 AI Component shows AI Phi Silica.

Error Details: Type: WCRException Message: PhiSilica is not available StackTrace: at AIDevGallery.Samples.SharedCode.PhiSilicaClient.CreateAsync(CancellationToken cancellationToken) at AIDevGallery.Models.BaseSampleNavigationParameters.GetIChatClientAsync() at AIDevGallery.Samples.OpenSourceModels.LanguageModels.Generate.LoadModelAsync(SampleNavigationParameters sampleParams)

Are you using a Qualcomm based Copilot+PC?

I am experiencing the same with all the latest updates installed. I wonder if it is related to the issue I have with the Phi Silica, Text Generation sample in the AI API section. The Model is not using any disk cache space (0K) and on each open of the sample Text Generation it reloads the model via Windows Update, when clearly this update has already been successfully installed as seen in my Windows Update History. The early code check for the Phi Silica model present and ready are not bypassing the Reload.
