Describe the bug Phi Silica's input of double byte content may result in garbled characters during inference, but there will be no such issue during inference before April 25, 2025. Did something happen?

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1.Open "AI Dev Gallery Dev" 2.Select "Gamples" 3.Click “Generate Text” 4.Input "你是谁" or “如何制作一份煎牛排” 5.Output contains garbled code

Expected behavior Output contains garbled code
