Steps to reproduce

Applications still seem to have a background glitch while scrolling

How to generate bug:

  1. Start an application
  2. Scroll the screen up or down

✔️ Expected Behavior

The android applications should have a smooth scrolling visual while running

❌ Actual Behavior

Can you provide some more details? What CPU/GPU? What application is having this problem?

If you can file this as a feedback hub report (Windows key + F) under category Apps > Windows Subsystem for Android that will collect relevant logs as well.
