An app reported split screen when it is fullscreen

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install bilibili or bilibili hd from some source such as https://www.bilibili.com
  2. Open the app. Make the window fullscreen
  3. Play some random video
  4. Click the fullscreen button - The app reported that it is in the split screen mode, indicating that video can only played in fullscreen mode when the app thinks it is in the full screen mode.

✔️ Expected Behavior

The app knows that it is in fullscreen mode

❌ Actual Behavior

The app thought that it wasn't
