Release VibeVoice-0.5B-Streaming and consolidate models on Hugging Face

Niels here from the open-source team at Hugging Face. I discovered your work through Hugging Face's daily papers as yours got featured: https://huggingface.co/papers/2508.19205. The paper page lets people discuss about your paper and lets them find artifacts about it (your models for instance), you can also claim the paper as yours which will show up on your public profile at HF, add Github and project page URLs.

It's fantastic to see the VibeVoice-1.5B and VibeVoice-7B-Preview models already on the Hugging Face Hub! This significantly improves their discoverability and visibility.

I also noticed that the VibeVoice-0.5B-Streaming model is listed as "On the way" in your GitHub README, and there's a TODO to "Merge models into official Hugging Face repository".

We'd love to help with the following:

1. Release VibeVoice-0.5B-Streaming: When it's ready, we can assist you in hosting the VibeVoice-0.5B-Streaming model on the 🤗 hub to complete your model lineup.
2. Consolidate VibeVoice-7B-Preview: We can help you move or mirror WestZhang/VibeVoice-Large-pt to your official microsoft organization on the Hub, as suggested by your TODO, to further centralize and streamline access to your work.

In this case, we could leverage the PyTorchModelHubMixin class which adds from_pretrained and push_to_hub to any custom nn.Module. Alternatively, one can leverages the hf_hub_download one-liner to download a checkpoint from the hub.

We encourage researchers to push each model checkpoint to a separate model repository, so that things like download stats also work. We can then also link the checkpoints to the paper page.

Thanks for the instructions!

• We are actively working on integrating VibeVoice into the HuggingFace transformers. Looking forward to submitting the P&R soon.
• The streaming-0.5B is also under preparation now. We will submit the model as soon as it is ready. Hopefully pushing it next week.
