1.5 B model: 6 GByte VRAM 7B model: 17 GByte VRAM

1.5B runs on M1 32GB, although the TPS is quite low.

An update on the "installation" section for Silicon Mac would be nice. https://github.com/microsoft/VibeVoice?tab=readme-ov-file#installation

I want to make sure having a good combination of dependencies and their versions so I run VibeVoice on my Mac.
