BUG - Javascript NPM packages outdated

Trying this repository for one of my NodeJS projects I saw that the latest NPM package version is 1.3.0, with the last update over 3 years ago.

Also is missing completely some languages like Italian.

Will be possible to fix and upgrade the packages to the last version?

Let me know if I will need to prepare a PR or anything else.
