[Python | EN DateTimeV2] "mid" Mod suggests wrong start and end dates

When a "mid" Mod is being recognized I expected the range to be somewhere around the middle of the month. However, the start and end of the month are given.

input text: "feel free to check back in mid-feb"

Current behavior 'Mod': 'mid' 'type': 'daterange' 'start': '2021-02-01' 'end': '2021-03-01'

Expected behavior 'Mod': 'mid' 'type': 'daterange' 'start': '2021-02-10' 'end': '2021-02-17'

Another, but related, bug is that if you add spaces before and/or after the dash it won't extract the "mid" at all.
