Customise Github PR comment message

Current message is very verbose, so it would be good to customise what's being posted. Footer is very large in size and takes a lot of screen estate, furthermore, repo link expands when Github comments are posted in Slack.

It would be great to be able to trim it to:

This PR has 78 quantified lines of changes. In general, a change size of upto 200 lines is ideal for the best PR experience!
