Expose PowerToys Key Bindings Configuration as Editable JSON with a button in the UI

Description of the new feature / enhancement

For the key bindings component, it would best if there was just a edit configuration json button and i could edit it with my text editor.

I could then keep my own configurations somewhere and copy/paste on new pcs.

Scenario when this would be used?

I"m a power user, i just want to share my configurations i dont want to go through a ui. Just put the json forward

thinking of something similar to Zed's edit json where you see the ui, but at the top right there is a button "Edit Json Configuration" you click it and it just prompts you for your default .json editor.
