I'm on Win 11 Pro 23H2. I tried a fresh install of both v0.89.0 and v0.88.0, but the same issue persists.

The last known working version for me is v0.87.1.

Same issue here. Processes showing in Task manager, but cannot get to Settings or Quick Access from tray popup menu (Apparently Bug Report works as is attached). Can't get to settings from start menu or running PowerToys.exe either. Last known working version for me is 0.86.0
