Quote https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/issues/13833: "快捷方式" means an icon on the Desktop or any other path to launch a piece of software, while "快捷键" means a combination of keys on the keyboard to do some job conveniently.

Quote https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/issues/31899: 快捷方式 only refers to shortcut files. Keyboard shortcuts corresponds to 快捷键。

These old issues have pointed out this wrong phrase, and it seems that 0.81.0 does fix some of them — but not all of them, unfortunately. I cannot sure all occurance of 快捷方式 in PowerToys have been found, so I suggest i18n teams do some exhaustive searches.

In that issue there's another contributor mention that “For the new issues, please file a new translation issue. ” So I opened up this issue #33018. So why was my issue closed? The translation error still exists in 0.83.0.
