Disable Crop & Lock forced usage of Always on Top
Description of the new feature / enhancement
Change Crop & Lock to no longer cause forced usage of always-on-top.
Scenario when this would be used?
Sometimes I don't need the cropped Window to be permanently stuck in the top of the z-order and I just want it to behave like any other window.
Supporting information
And if I did want it always-on-top, there is already a PowerToy just for that optional case. It shouldn't be a forced requirement that you can't work around.
optionally the context menu of the cropped window could contain a "AOT" option, although again there's already a PowerToy for it so no need to build anything new to accomplish the same result.
