PowerToys Run

Steps to reproduce

I have an app (tcpview.exe, installed via winget and is in PATH) I want to launch through PowerToys Run but it doesn't seem to find the executable. I can run the command tcpview in the command line and it works fine.

My other apps that ARE NOT installed through winget seem to be doing fine, I have firefox installed and PowerToys Run can launch it. Screenshot (555) Screenshot (556) Screenshot (557) Screenshot (558) Screenshot (559)

Oddly seems to work with this one in particular Screenshot (560)

I think this is related too. https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/issues/20512

✔️ Expected Behavior

Launch an app installed via winget through PowerToys Run.

❌ Actual Behavior

It does not seem to be able to run it.

i can confirm this. If i run cmd.exe i see also that it has ignore my PATHS. Older Version it start cmd.exe with the right settings as my user and has all the PATHS. Now this is bad and i see to way to open a cmd with my PATHS right set. Please fix it.

Ah, no, restart of PowerToys solved it, like suggested in #39243. Go figure...
