Quick Accent do not supprot all Chinese Pinyin characters

Description of the new feature / enhancement

In Chinese pinyin, there are 4 types of marks above a letter. For example, ōóǒò are four characters, which has different marks over the letter o. However, in Quick Accent, only ōóò are incuded, whith ǒ missing. I hope all these characters can be included in the app.

Scenario when this would be used?

In China, teachers and students, especially those in primary school, need to input these characters from time to time. By including such characters, users will not have to install other programs to input these things.

Supporting information

Other languages have similar needs. Thus, the app had better consider more languages or needs in different countries or regions.

Other things not included are ǖǘǚǜ, which had better be included in v+SPACE, which is easy to be understood by all Chinese pinyin users.
