Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Update PowerSTIG to parse the SQL Server 2014 Database STIG - V1R7

Describe the solution you'd like PowerSTIG convert is able to parse the SQL Server 2014 Database STIG and produce a valid PowerSTIG XML file for automation.

This isn't currently on the road map, but may be addressed in the future.
