Windows 2019 VM will not start after applying PowerStig

Azure Windows 2019 VM will not start after applying PowerStig (WindowsServer BaseLine, OsVersion = '2019', OsRole = 'DC', StigVersion = '3.2'). Does anyone know which rules can cause this (and need to be skipped)? Thanks

Did you ever get a full list of rules that allowed your VM to start?

Unfortunately, not. But I used Microsoft Security Tool and STIG GPO package to get a good baseline.
