Feature Request: Read access on Referrals

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. For reporting /monitoring purpose would it be wonderful to have read access on the "Referral" details

Describe the solution you would like Have a cmdlet like "Get-PartnerReferralBusinessProfiles" to retrieve the details about the existing business-profiles.

Describe alternatives you have considered I have not found any alternative approach to retrieve those details.
