how long does it take to install the ISO file
Waiting for a response from the computer control server. When first building the VM storage folder this can take a while...
been getting this message for a while. i followed the instructions here: https://github.com/microsoft/OmniParser/tree/master/omnitool
dug into my docker logs and i needed to increase my allocated ram size
I was wondering. What is the meaning of Docker? I looked into it and it seems that Docker runs by starting a virtual Windows system. This is quite different from what I imagined, which was letting AI take over my computer.
same here, been getting this message for a while.

Seems like it should installing/running something, but it wasn't. But this guy did it: https://youtu.be/ofM0ZoK5V1g?t=1870
Did it! Make sure your harddisk atleast 30 GB free. run this in powershell:
cd /path/to/OmniParser/omnitool/omnibox/scripts
.\manage_vm.ps1 delete
Delete folder OmniParser\omnitool\omnibox\vm\win11storage if exist
Run again in powershell: .\manage_vm.ps1 create
Then... it will install Windows, you can inspect it in http://localhost:8006/
*Just to make sure the VM is not stuck > you can try press Enter in that Administrator : Install (Need to disable view only in NoVNC first!)
Took 1 hour for me using laptop Ryzen 7 5800H with 3Gbps NVMe
I was surprised, it took 45 minutes to complete and the performance was impressive even with this configuration, I only cleared the storage after 20 minutes thinking it was stuck, then I tried again and it worked:
- CPU: 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-12450H × 12
- RAM: 16.0 GiB (2x8 GB, 5200 MHz)
- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX™ 2050, 4 GB
- Storage: 512.1 GB NVMe, 3Gbps
- OS: Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS
Thanks for sharing your timings! Download speeds can vary. @keyserjaya Can I use your screenshots of VM setup states in our readme?
Sure @ThomasDh-C ;)
Almost 68 minutes

Hello, the virtual machine shut down approximately one hour into the installation process. I'm not sure why this happened. After manually restarting it, the "RUNNING NOW!" status did not appear.
@yuruotong1 Try https://github.com/microsoft/OmniParser/blob/master/omnitool/readme.md#omnibox-install-taking-a-while
It's been about 10 hours already.waiting for a response from....... How can I solve it

I experienced the same phenomenon as you. During the installation process, Docker displayed 'shutdown complete'. Have you resolved this issue
