HITL Auto label causes errors with local files

Describe the bug HITL Auto label causes errors with local files. The source needs to be the file, not the file uri, since it's a local file.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a local project
2. Click on Auto-label current document button

Expected behavior The current document is auto labeled.
