MixedRealityCommander not working with RS4

We have been trying to set up a bunch of Hololenses with Mixed Reality Commander. But they will not connect. We tried then with one older Hololens, which had not yet been updated to RS4 and it connects immediately. Connecting all of them via the Device Portal browser interface works perfectly for all.

Does someone know which changes were introduced with RS4 that might cause this problem?
