Building MixedRemoteViewCompositor

Hi, I'm trying to build the MixedRemoteViewCompositor on VS2015 and I'm getting the following error:

midlrt : command line error MIDL1001: cannot open input file Windows.Perception.Spatial.idl I would appreciate any help in order to solve this.
