[FeatureReq - Partner Center] Retain/Save the information added in "Notes of Certification" field for future extension submissions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I provide the testing credentials and information in the Notes of Certification field on Partner Center during an extension submission, this information is neither saved anywhere on Partner Center nor available for my future submissions. I have to re-enter this information all over again.

Additional context I wasn't aware that I would have to enter this information, every time I upload an update to my extension submission via Partner Center.
