`chrome.storage.managed.get()` hangs forever (only beta channel)
Our extension supports the chrome.storage.managed API. Recently, several users have started reporting issues with our extension.
After the investigation, we can reproduce the issue with the chrome.storage.managed.get call, which never fulfills the promise (resolve or reject).
The user must use the browser's Beta channel and be logged in to his or her browser account (Microsoft account). Both requirements must be met, otherwise, the API works as expected.
However, some of our users claim that they use the stable version of the browser, and they have the same issue.
System info: Windows 11 Pro Version 24H2 OS build 26100.3775
Browser version: 136.0.3240.14 (Official build) beta (64-bit)
The stable and dev channels work as expected (at least in our tests).
The bug affects every extension that relies on that API.

@mukul-p can you please confirm if you can reproduce a problem on your side? If it will reach a release channel, all the addons that support chrome.storage.managed will break, so this is likely mission critical.
Can confirm the same issue on Dev 137.0.3255.0 version, which seems to be the latest one currently available.
