Hi,
I've had a ticket open with MS: 2502160040001909 trying to get verified.
It's stuck on multiple stages, but the Legal Info > Profile Info > Employment Verification is not giving me the option to 'Fix Now', stating 'Our system has indicated multiple failed attempts from your account. We are unable to proceed with your Account Verification.'
I've uploaded so many documents and supporting evidence, and have been given no reason for any rejection.
I'm really struggling now and have sent multiple chasers to the support ticket, no reply yet.

I'm currently stuck in an employment verification loop, an I'm not able to click the 'fix now' option as they say they've noticed multiple failed attempts (which was just me uploading the documents they requested!)

To find the seller ID follow the below steps:
Partner Centre -> Account settings -> Legal info
Microsoft Partner verification process is a complete shitshow. All I wanted was to publish an Edge extension and I have been trying to get verified for 2 weeks while I already got into Chrome and Firefox app stores on day 1. My product is launching tomorrow and I am still dealing with this bs.
Every single issue @flub71 had here, I am having the same. I share valid documents, then I get back template responses from Microsoft like this asking for more documents. I got locked out of verification attempts, then created a support ticket. I cannot view the support ticket just like the screenshots above, so I cannot upload any further verification. @ManikanthMSFT are you AI or real, can't tell because I see the same template responses from you. I get the impression that Microsoft does not give a shit about developers anymore or Edge developers for that matter. What a shame...

Apologies for the delayed response. Could you please confirm if you are still facing the issue with account verification? If yes, kindly provide your Seller ID so that we can assist you further in resolving the issue as soon as possible.
You can find your Seller ID in the Partner Center under the Account Details section of your developer profile. It is a read-only value assigned by Microsoft.
