Same here. Can confirm I was also set to get Notifications for All Activity on this repo. Not sure why all of us are in the same boat.
If you go to the Code tab, you should be able to change this notification setting to Ignore.

I have never subscribed to this repo, why am I getting notified for every change? I tried unsubscribing but it doesn’t work. Please remove me from this list.
