VS extension pre-releases not marked as preview in IDE

Describe the bug DevSkim VS extension pre-releases are not marked as preview in the Visual Studio IDE extension gallery.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Look at the gallery in the IDE

Expected behavior Extension pre-releases should be marked as preview, similar to the VSCode extension pre-releases.

Versions(please complete the following information): v0.8

Additional context DevLabs does not allow using the "preview: true" property, only option seems to be experimenting with the "publish pre-release" command.
