C2398: Element '2': conversion from 'size_t' to '_Ty' requires a narrowing conversion` - during building as compiler error

Before the actual compiling, the folders that setuptools was expecting were mismatched as it was looking for the files in project's parent dir. The issues are common issues btw among windows users.
