Dictionary fails to cast to IReadOnlyDictionary

Describe the bug CsWinRT throws when passing a Dictionary<TKey, TValue> to a WinRT method that expects a IReadOnlyDictionary<TKey, TValue> as parameter. Wrapping the dictionary in its own non-generic type works around the issue.
