how to add an encrypted PNG image to the code ?

I want to do DL to an encrypted PNG image, I followed the ReadMe. File but I found a problem starting from prepressing data. how can I add the image to be processed by the code ? from which file should I start and where to put the image ?

I world be grateful if anyone can help .. its important to complete my project thank you
