Missing nuGet

Microsoft.ProjectOxford.Face cant be found anymore.

Actually, this NuGet and this GitHub client library/sample has been deprecated.

For the new Face API's .NET client SDK, please use Microsoft.Azure.CognitiveServices.Vision.Face/2.4.0-preview.

For the same sample as the one in this repo using the Microsoft.Azure.CognitiveServices.Vision.Face, please visit at Azure-Samples/cognitive-services-dotnet-sdk-samples.
