Azure Naming Tool - Add a condition to the code to remove the delimiter

Please could you add a condition to the code to remove the delimiter when the allowed character length is exceeded? This was previously suggested and would be great if possible? Thankyou.

Hi @sarahjaneclark, I submitted a PR to fix this 27 days ago and it was merged yesterday: https://github.com/microsoft/CloudAdoptionFramework/pull/56. Please download the repo and retry.
