Direct line channel in bot framework

I have a question

I am using directline as a channel and when I am doing perfomance testing i am getting high error rate for various use cases Scenarios when I execute the test with 14 user each scenario for 1 hour parallely. I am not able to find the exact reason for the error rate iam getting that is 44%, i don't see any issue with my code also, can someone please explain what might be happeining here?
