'edit publishing profile' opens 'create new profile' screen

Create new Assistant bot. Add LUIS/QnA Create profile Profile completed Click 'edit profile' in the 'publish profiles' list Notice that the 1st page of the 'create new profile' wizards shows up, with the option to create new, import etc.

Expected: If I click edit profile, I expect to see my settings and go from there. The closest to this is the 2nd page in the wizard 'Configure resources' Please show this instead and disable the back button.

This is as designed right now -- when you edit your profile, you may want to create new resources, but you may also want to edit the JSON or open up a handoff request. These are still applicable.
