Open composer, create an Assistant bot, add LUIS/QnA key, create provisioning profile. As part of the provisioning process, the notifications state that a 'web app' is being created. However, webapp is not mentioned in the summary of resources to be created. To be accurate and trustworthy, we need to either add this in the summary of resources.
