No audio input even microphone array is detected
Describe the bug
There's no audio input on my azure kinect. Even the microphone array was detected, also in system settings I can see there is audio coming in the microphone. I tried to use windows recorder and set kinect azure as input, but nothing was recorded.
I tried all those methods were mentioned in the early issues: uninstall the azure kinect microphone array, update OS and drivers. But none of these worked.

the right window is system>settings>sounds and you can see in the volume bar the sound is detected, but on the K4A viewer there's nothing in the microphone channel.
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- OS with Version: Windows 22621.1413
- SDK Version: 1.4.1
- Firmware version: Current Firmware Versions: RGB camera firmware: 1.6.110 Depth camera firmware: 1.6.79 Depth config file: 6109.7 Audio firmware: 1.6.14 Build Config: Production Certificate Type: Microsoft
I tried with my friend's PC on windows 10, it worked perfectly. I think it's something wrong my OS but I don't know how to fix it.
