Allow vanity URLs to be edited

It should be possible to edit vanity URLs and have them point to a new location.

For metrics purposes, it may be desirable to have a From and To date that a certain URL was active; and even allow scheduling of a change. For example, after 31 Dec 2020 it will point somewhere else.
