Feature request (idea): Allow only x calls

Adding an optional amount of allowed calls so usage of link can be limited. e.g.

  • 0 = unlimited (pre filled / default value)
  • 5 = 5 calls allowed

It’s probably worth have an alternative URL to redirect users to if a short code has been maxed out.
