Switch Branch model to match Application Inspector etc

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently ASA builds from release branches but main has stagnated and hasn't been updated with the latest. Now that we have a more stable long term versioning set up I think we should transition to publish directly off main, and keep release branches available for old versions. Instead of building off release/v2.3 for example and ignoring main.

The first step to fix this is to adjust main to point ot the head commit for 2.3 and to stop publishing off the release branches.
