PX4 SITL support for Ground Vehicle/Car

Overview:

There seems to be support for Ardupilot to work with the ground vehicle according to documentation but not the same case for PX4.

There is a very old feature request for this but it was closed without any followup hence I am making a new one since it's relevant.

Smaller Details:

Being able to control the ground vehicle using PX4 in the same way we can with Ardupilot.

Nature of Request:

Why would this feature be useful?

This would be really useful because PX4 is now used for both ground and air vehicles and it's nice to be able to do things without having to do everything manually through Airlib or ROS.
