Problem Description

Bug 33489756: [FoodOrder.Json]: Postion for "Rare", "Medium-rare" and "Well-done" radio buttons is not defined under Steak button on 'FoodOrder.Json' card.

Test Environment: Application: Adaptive Cards OS version: Dev (OS Build 21387.1) Application Version: 2.7.2105.11001 Screen Reader: Narrator

Repro steps:

1. Launch the Adaptive Card application and narrator.

2. Adaptive Card UWP Visualizer screen starts appearing.

3. Navigate to FoodOrder.Json button by using Tab key and activate it.

4. FoodOrder adaptive card will be appeared on right sight of the pane.

5. Navigate to FoodOrder card by using Tab key.

6. Navigate to "Steak" button and activate it.

7. Navigate to "Rare","Medium-rare" and "Well-done" radio buttons and observe the screen reader narration.

Actual Result: Postion for "Rare","Medium-rare" and "Well-done" radio buttons is not defined under Steak button on 'FoodOrder.Json' card. Screen Reader is only announcing 'Rare radio button not selected'.

Expected Result: Position should be defined for "Rare","Medium-rare" and "Well-done" radio buttons under Steak button. Screen reader should announce as, "Rare radion button 1 of 3 not selected".

User Experience: User depending on screen reader might get affected if screen reader does not announce the position of radio buttons and then users will not be able to get the information about the count of controls which might impact the efficiency of the user

Observation: Issue also repro with NVDA(2020.4).

Note: Same issue is also repro with "Rare", "Medium-rare" and "Well-done" radio buttons is not defined under Steak button under 'Food Order with Validation' card,
