I have unistalled and reinstalled, nothing

skype lite is also registered on microg settings

I'm still having trouble with both skype and skype lite, is there any working version?

All 3 apps above are connected in MicroG setting ... but 'no messages received so far' .. although I do receive messages from Skype Lite so perhaps Skype Lite does not use Google messaging ? ... however sometimes there are delays to receive the Skype Lite messages on this Huawei P40 Pro and it seems like the app is asleep .. despite changing all the app power/battery settings.

How can I check if apps use Google Cloud Messaging or something else?

Notifications in Skype and Skype Lite are working fine with the latest stable microG apps.

However, recently, I encountered an issue where the Skype Lite app stopped ringing for incoming calls. Instead of a pop-up window, I would immediately see a 'Call missed' message. This problem likely arose due to a change on Microsoft's backend.

I found a solution: enabling Google device registration and Cloud Messaging in microG Settings. This resolved the issue, and all notifications and calls are now displaying as expected.
