Feature: Add Google Assistant support

We are planning on supporting Alexa first and porting the knowledge we learned to Google Assistant. See #25. Both will likely require some type of cloud sever support which adds some complexity.

In the meantime is there any community interest in adding/prototyping support for this?

I am interested in helping with this. I'm fully in the Google ecosystem and have been researching Home Assistant's Google integration (https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/google_assistant/) using Actions on Google (https://developers.google.com/assistant).
