Add support for building snaps

As per your instructions, before I open a PR, I'd like to request support for snaps.

Snaps are cross-distro Linux software packages, supported on LTS and non-LTS Ubuntu, as well as Debian, Manjaro, Fedora, OpenSUSE, Arch, and many others distributions. Making a snap of gitrob will enable you to provide automatic updates on your schedule to your users via the Snap Store (snapcraft.io/store). The store has a very large audience of users, so this could be quite useful for them, especially developers (most of whom probably have a project of some sort, and they want to scan through for issues).

If you're okay with this, I will then detail the full steps needed to build gitrob as a snap, including the snapcraft.yaml file with the build instructions.

@igorljubuncic This is already a feature request in the fork of the project, mattyjones/gitrob#3. Please feel free to comment there as this project is no longer maintained and I am assuming maintainership.
