+1, this would be really useful, if you just want to update the known hashes. Later an audit can be run without skip to verify the integrity of all files.

If you’ve changed a lot compared to the original source, yes. In any case I’d appreciate a changelog, which should help to bring people over from the inactive unveil.

I'd expect this too. Basically the only way to dismiss it currently without causing another interaction is to scroll away.
