Issues With Program Year Objective Component

@dartajax I tried re-created this issue by cramming in stuff into the columns, but couldn't replicate this on Course->Objectives or Course->Session->Objectives.

@stopfstedt I believe this has been fixed and the dependency is no longer in any `package.json` file.
