In ubuntu, unknown title issue

OS: ubuntu 20.04 PyQt5 5.15.4 python 3.8

It's not a big problem, but it looks ugly. When I hover near on the application icon, it display 'unknown' tooltip in the task bar. When I run an app in pyinstaller dist folder, it doesn't make this issue. What's the reason of this problem? Screenshot from 2021-09-17 02-22-47

I don't know, sorry. But if you (or somebody else) figures it out, I would love to know so I can fix it in fbs.
