Multi-User Capability Enabled

With this changes, the WebDAV server is able to manage multi users

@mcardielo I created 2 users, bob and alice with different passwords. I am able to login as bob and read alice's files. https://webdav.domainname/alice/ and alice can read bob's files https://webdav.domainname/alice/. Is there a way to prevent bob's access to this URL "https://webdav.domainname/alice/" instead of using file permissions to block access?
