HTML Entities display issue, how to add new Filter?

Hi, We are facing an issue with HTML entities. We have saved this text into database "Allergy & Immunology" and when we display it then it shows html special charaters "Allergy & Immunology"

We clean it as clean($speciality->title) Is there any solution to leave html entities and don't escape them?

We read that extension support this filter Filter.ExtractStyleBlocks.Escaping but how we can use this filter to leave special characters?
