Rotating resized text jumps

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create text
2. Rotating text is smooth
3. Resize text
4. Now if you start to rotate the text it jumps. Sometimes by a few degrees other times a lot.

Tried: various versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge
